Nokia 8 leaks on  online listed ecom site ahead of launch


The Nokia brand name is making waves in the smartphone world again following the arrival of the mid-range Android-toting Nokia 6.

Nokia's comeback has been the talk of the tech community for weeks and now their upcoming flagship smartphone, the Nokia 8 has been listed on China's major e-commerce portal Jingdong.com.








A new Nokia Android phone has been spotted on the Chinese e-commerce website up for pre-registrations. The smartphone, which is listed on JD.com in China, seems a flagship device going by the price tag in the listing. Nokia 8 is likely to be the long-rumoured






Nokia 8 Specifications rumoured

There’ll be two models, both offering a 5.7-inch Quad HD Super Amoled display and a 24-megapixel rear-facing camera with OIS + EIS. One of the phones would be powered by the new Snapdragon 835 processor and 6GB RAM. The lesser edition would offer a Snapdragon 821 with 4GB RAM. A 12-megapixel front-facing camera is tipped by the video’s description adds, as is up to 128GB storage (expandable by microSD) and dual front-facing speakers.



Nokia 8 Launch Date

For the upcoming event, HMD Global is widely expected to bring back the refresh of the Nokia 3310 feature phone which has hogged all the limelight. Other Nokia phones expected to debut later this week include two budget Nokia devices - Nokia 3 and Nokia 5. Nokia 6, the smartphone touted as the comeback device for Nokia, is also expected to see global availability details out at the same event.
